Job summary
Maximus is seeking a Senior Human Performance Advisor to serve as a principal technical expert supporting the POTFF program at HQ USSOCOM. This role provides strategic guidance, programmatic oversight, and technical expertise to plan, develop, and synchronize Human Performance services for SOF personnel and their families.
The position requires U.S. citizenship and an active Secret clearance or eligibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required with extensive consulting experience; advanced degree preferred.
- Master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred for upper level responsibilities.
- Current certifications/licensure in CSCS/SCCC/PT/CC-AASP/RD/RDN or state licensure are required or preferred.
Responsibilities
- Review cases and certify or non-certify treatments with written clinical rationales.
- Provide oversight and expert consultation to senior leaders on human performance strategies.
- Lead enterprise-wide planning and data integration for POTFF program.
- Mentor a network of health and performance professionals and drive training development.
