Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Human Resources Support professional to support POTFF, coordinating human performance and family services for SOF personnel and families. The role interfaces with Human Performance leadership, POTFF stakeholders, and the chain of command to promote readiness and family stability.

U.S. citizenship and active Secret clearance eligibility are required; home-office requirements apply. The position is remote with nationwide availability and a contract award contingent role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 5+ years of related experience.
• Master’s degree in exercise science, health science, physical education, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Train, mentor and coach change management analysts.
• Partner with product and project management teams to implement changes.
• Communicate directly with the client and develop enhanced change reporting.
• Support planning, development, and synchronization of technical training, guidance, and policy recommendations.
• Coordinate, implement, document, and oversee human performance services for peak performance.
