Jewish Association For Services For The Aged (JASA) seeks a Social Work Supervisor to oversee ESSHI/SARA residential services, ensuring high‑quality case management and compliance with NYC HRA and NYS DOH contracts. You will collaborate with the Associate Director, supervise Resident Service Coordinators, and guide staff through clinical assessments and home visits.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three years of post‑MSW social work experience with supervisory exposure.
• Familiarity with supportive housing models and NYC/NY state contracts preferred.
• Travel to client residences and program sites via public transit required.
• Proficiency in Office apps, Google tools, and electronic case management.

Responsabilités

• Provide reflective clinical supervision and supervise Resident Service Coordinators.
• Oversee development and execution of service plans compliant with NYC HRA and NYS DOH contracts.
• Monitor high‑risk cases, coordinate crisis response, and ensure safety and quality.
• Audit files and service plans; support care plan modifications as needed.
• Conduct in‑person home visits and support staff during assessments.
• Lead staff development workshops and represent JASA at forums and conferences.
• Ensure timely, audit‑ready documentation and reporting.
