JASA in Brooklyn, NY, seeks a Social Work Supervisor for Residential Services to lead clinical operations across ESSHI and SARA programs, supervising Resident Service Coordinators and MSW interns, ensuring housing stability for older adults. You will oversee case management, on-site tenant programming, and compliance with NYC HRA and NYS DOH contracts, including high-risk escalations and quality assurance.

Travel to client residences, staff development, and data integrity are part of the role;

Qualifications

• MSW or equivalent Master’s-level degree required.
• Minimum three years post-Master’s level social work experience.
• Supervisory, team leadership, or supportive housing experience preferred.
• Familiarity with supportive housing models, eldercare resources, and government funding standards (NYC HRA, NYS DOH, ESSHI).
• Ability to travel to clients’ residences and program sites via NYC public transit.

Responsabilités

• Provide reflective clinical supervision to Resident Service Coordinators; mentor MSW interns as applicable.
• Oversee development and execution of written service plans in adherence to NYC HRA and NYS DOH contracts.
• Monitor high-risk resident cases and collaborate with staff on safety plans.
• Audit client files and service plans to verify need reassessment and modifications.
• Conduct in-person home visits to assist staff with assessments and de-escalate crises.
• Design and facilitate staff development workshops and represent JASA at forums and meetings.
