Jewish Association For Services For The Aged (JASA) is seeking a Resident Service Coordinator to support senior tenants in Brooklyn. You will manage a caseload focused on housing retention, emotional well‑being, and social integration under the supervision of the Supervisor of Residential Services.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree (BSW preferred) and at least one year of relevant experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and exposure to electronic case record systems.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree (BSW preferred) in a related field.
• Minimum of one year of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and electronic case record systems.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a caseload of senior tenants focusing on housing retention and well‑being.
• Provide monthly in‑home assessments of tenants' social and emotional needs.
• Assist formerly unhoused tenants with community transitions and benefits.
• Develop and implement comprehensive case plans including counseling where needed.
• Coordinate referrals to legal aid, primary care, and mental health services.
