Job summary

JASA seeks a Social Work Supervisor to lead Residential Services programs (ESSHI and SARA) in New York. You will oversee case management, on‑site tenant programming, and individualized care coordination to preserve housing stability for older adults.

You will serve as the clinical lead for high‑risk cases, ensure ethical practice, and maintain compliance with municipal and state contracts. Strong MSW background and supervisory experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three years post‑Master's level social work experience.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Familiarity with supportive housing models and government funding standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide reflective clinical supervision and mentoring to Resident Service Coordinators.
• Oversee case management operations and on‑site tenant programming.
• Ensure compliance with ethics, agency standards and funder requirements.
• Manage high‑risk tenant escalations and crisis interventions.
• Conduct home visits and supervise documentation and audits.
