Job summary

MasterClass is seeking a Senior Social Media Manager to shape how we appear across social channels, with a focus on bringing MasterClass Certificates to life for professional audiences. You’ll own the end-to-end organic social strategy and execution for Certificates—from kickoff and creative development through launch, optimization, and ongoing storytelling.

This is a highly collaborative, hands-on role partnering with Creative, Marketing, GTM, and cross-functional teams to grow engaged

Qualifications

• 7+ years owning organic social for a recognized brand.
• Expertise on LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube, with a focus on professional audiences.
• Able to balance strategy and hands-on execution.
• Data-driven with the ability to translate insights into content.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration in fast-paced environments.
• Location flexibility to multiple states/canada locations as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end organic social strategy and execution for MasterClass.
• Develop and manage content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Partner with Creative, Marketing, GTM, and cross-functional teams to develop social concepts.
• Use performance data and audience insights to refine content, formats, and strategy.
• Help define AI-enabled frameworks and workflows for the social organization.
