MasterClass is seeking a Senior Social Media Manager to shape how we show up on social, with a focus on turning MasterClass Certificates into compelling narratives for professional audiences.

You will own the end-to-end organic social strategy and execution, partnering with Creative, Marketing, and GTM teams to build programs that grow engaged audiences and strengthen the MasterClass brand. The role blends big-picture thinking with hands-on content creation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years owning organic social for a recognized brand.
• Experience building and growing engaged audiences on LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Strategy and hands-on execution.
• Data-driven with performance insights to inform content and strategy.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end organic social strategy and execution for MasterClass, from campaign kickoff and content development through launch, publishing, and optimization.
• Develop and manage social content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube, tailoring creative and storytelling to each platform and audience.
• Partner closely with Creative, Marketing, GTM, and other cross-functional teams to develop compelling social concepts and ensure social is integrated throughout campaign planning and execution.
• Use social performance data and audience insights to continuously refine content, formats, and channel strategy, clearly communicating learnings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Contribute to evergreen and ad-hoc MasterClass social initiatives while helping develop AI-enabled frameworks and workflows that make our social organization more creative, effective, and efficient.
