MasterClass is seeking a Senior Social Media Manager to own the end-to-end organic social strategy and execution, focusing on bringing MasterClass Certificates to life for professional audiences. You’ll craft content across LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube and work with cross-functional teams to shape social programs that grow engaged audiences and strengthen the brand.

You’ll move between big-picture strategy and hands-on execution, leveraging performance insights to drive smarter content.

Qualifications

• 7+ years owning organic social for a recognized brand.
• Deep expertise across LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube.
• Comfort with both strategy and hands-on execution.
• Data-driven with insights to inform content and strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end organic social strategy and execution for MasterClass.
• Develop and manage social content across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube.
• Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, GTM and cross-functional teams.
• Use performance data to refine content, formats and channel strategy.
• Help define AI-enabled social workflows and processes.
