MasterClass is seeking a Senior Social Media Manager to lead organic social across platforms and bring MasterClass Certificates to life for professional audiences. You will own the end-to-end strategy and execution, from kickoff through launch, optimization and storytelling, while collaborating closely with Creative, Marketing and cross-functional teams.

You will help shape social programs, grow engaged audiences, and contribute to brand initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years owning organic social for a recognized brand.
• Experience building and growing engaged audiences.
• Strong familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube for professional audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end organic social strategy and execution for MasterClass.
• Develop social content across LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube and tailor for each platform.
• Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, GTM and cross-functional teams on social concepts.
• Use performance data to refine content, formats and channel strategy.
• Help define AI-enabled frameworks and workflows for social processes.
