Job summary

MasterClass is seeking a Senior Social Media Manager to lead our organic social program, focused on bringing MasterClass Certificates to life for professional audiences.

You’ll own the end-to-end strategy and execution across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube, partnering with Creative, Marketing, GTM, and cross-functional teams to build social programs that grow engaged audiences and strengthen the MasterClass brand.

Qualifications

• 7+ years owning organic social for a recognized brand.
• Deep expertise across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube, especially for professional audiences.
• Balanced mix of strategy and hands-on execution.
• Data-driven, using performance insights to inform content and strategy.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end organic social strategy and execution.
• Develop content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube for target audiences.
• Partner with Creative, Marketing, GTM and cross-functional teams to plan and execute campaigns.
• Use performance data to refine content formats and channel strategy.
• Help develop AI-enabled workflows to improve social processes.
