Qualifications

• 7+ years owning organic social for a recognized brand.
• Experience building and growing engaged audiences.
• Data-driven using performance insights to inform content.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration in fast-paced teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end organic social strategy and execution for MasterClass Certificates.
• Develop and manage content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube for professionals.
• Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, GTM and cross-functional teams on campaigns.
• Use performance data to refine content formats and channel strategy.
• Contribute to evergreen and brand social initiatives with AI-enabled workflows.
• Lead social initiatives and ensure campaigns integrate with broader brand plans.
• Partner with teams to grow engaged audiences and strengthen brand identity.
• Explore how AI can evolve social workflows and drive efficiency.
