Job summary

MasterClass is seeking a Senior Social Media Manager to own its organic social strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube for professional audiences and MasterClass Certificates.

You will partner with Creative, Marketing, GTM, and cross-functional teams to develop compelling social concepts, execute campaigns, and optimize performance while exploring AI-enabled workflows to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications

• 7+ years owning organic social for a recognized brand.
• Deep expertise across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube, with professional-audience content.
• Data-driven with ability to translate insights into content strategy and performance improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end organic social strategy and execution for MasterClass—from kickoff and content development through launch, publishing, and optimization.
• Develop and manage social content primarily across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube, tailoring to each platform and audience.
• Partner with Creative, Marketing, GTM, and cross-functional teams to develop compelling social concepts and ensure social is integrated throughout campaign planning and execution.
• Use social performance data and audience insights to refine content, formats, and channel strategy, and communicate learnings to stakeholders.
• Contribute to evergreen and ad-hoc social initiatives while helping develop AI-enabled frameworks and workflows that make the social organization more creative and efficient.
• You’ll have a proven track record of building and growing engaged audiences and collaborating in fast-paced environments.
