MasterClass, a remote-first platform with collaborative spaces in San Francisco and Kitchener, seeks a Senior Social Media Manager to own the end-to-end organic social strategy for Certificates. You will create, launch, and optimize content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube, tailoring storytelling to professional audiences and driving engagement.

• 7+ years owning organic social for a recognized brand with experience growing engaged audiences.
• Deep expertise across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube, with emphasis on LinkedIn for professional audiences.
• Strong data-driven mindset to inform content, formats, and strategy.

Responsabilidades

• Own the end-to-end organic social strategy and execution for Certificates—from kickoff to launch, optimization, and storytelling.
• Develop and manage social content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube, tailoring to each platform and audience.
• Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, GTM and cross-functional teams to integrate social across campaigns.
• Use performance insights to refine content and channel strategy; communicate learnings to stakeholders.
• Help shape AI-enabled social workflows and frameworks to scale creativity and efficiency.
