Qualifications

• Proven track record of 7+ years owning organic social for a recognized brand.
• Expertise across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube for professional audiences.
• Comfortable with both strategy and hands-on execution.
• Data-driven with use of performance insights.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration in fast-paced environments.
• Open to candidates in AZ, CA, CT, FL, GA, IL, MA, MI, NH, NJ, NY, NC, OH, OR, PA, TN, TX, UT, WA or Ontario and British Columbia, Canada.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end organic social strategy and execution for MasterClass.
• Develop and manage content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, GTM, and cross-functional teams to develop concepts.
