Job summary

Constellis seeks an Operator (Level 2) for its Security Operations Center in Washington. You will monitor video surveillance, alarms, and access control, analyze data, and coordinate dispatch of security teams. Train operators, develop SOPs, and report incidents to the supervisor to ensure rapid responses.

The role requires 2+ years in security or dispatch, proficiency with VSS/VMS/ACS software, and the ability to work rotating shifts for 24/7 coverage. Local travel may be requested.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years security or dispatch experience.
• Strong English written and verbal communication.
• Ability to communicate clearly under stress.
• Experience with VSS and alarm monitoring software.
• Proficiency with MS Office and SharePoint is a plus.
• Familiarity with Lenel, Genetec, PSIMS is preferred.
• Ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 SOC coverage on rotating shifts.
• Act as senior operator during assigned shift and train others.
• Ensure rapid dispatch of security personnel.
• Maintain SOC SOPs and incident reports.
• Oversee VSS, ACS, and access control software administration.
• Produce intelligence reports for leadership.
