Job summary

Constellis seeks a vigilant Operator (Level 1) to monitor VSS, alarm systems, and access control, coordinating dispatch and incident response. You will maintain daily logs, analyze activity, and report patterns to supervisors.

You will work rotating shifts to assure 24/7 SOC coverage and draft SOPs to improve monitoring, incident detection, and management. Strong English communication is required, with experience in security environments.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years in security environment or dispatch center.
• Proficient written and oral communications in English.
• Clear and concise communication under stress.
• Proficiency in MS Office; SharePoint a plus.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Physical ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
• Meet all physical and psychological standards per contract.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 coverage through rotating shifts for SOC.
• Dispatch security personnel; ensure rapid response.
• Administer VSS, access control software with SOC team.
• Draft and update SOC SOPs and incident workflows.
• Communicate clearly in stressful situations, written or verbal.
• Produce incident reports and BOLO flyers for threats.
• Assist with access control procedures and reports.
• Observe patterns and coordinate security monitoring actions.
• Monitor cameras, identify and predict suspicious activity.
• Utilize VSS, access control and alarm systems daily.
• Maintain shift activity logs and notes from partners.
