Job summary

Constellis operates a 24/7 Security Operations Center (SOC) where the Operator (Level 1) monitors cameras, access control, and events. You will analyze data and coordinate with supervisors to dispatch security responses and maintain daily activity logs.

This role requires at least a high school diploma, 2 years in security/dispatch, and strong English communication under stress. Proficiency in MS Office and exposure to Lenel/Genetec is favored.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent from a U.S. Accredited School; foreign education evaluated to meet U.S. requirements.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a security environment or dispatch center.
• Proficient written and oral communications in English.
• Ability to communicate clearly in stressful situations.
• Proficiency with MS Office; SharePoint is a plus.
• Able to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Monitor 24/7 coverage for the SOC by rotating shifts.
• Dispatch security personnel quickly to incidents.
• Administer VSS, access control, and alarm monitoring software.
• Draft, update, and improve SOC SOPs and processes.
• Communicate clearly in stressful situations.
• Produce incident reports for leadership.
• Create BOLO flyers for threats to clients.
• Assist with access control procedures and Lenel reports.
• Observe activity patterns and coordinate monitoring responses.
• Monitor cameras to identify and predict suspicious activity.
• Use multiple sources to identify risks to clients’ assets and personnel.
• Daily use of VSS, access control, and PSIMS software.
• Maintain shift activity logs and notifications.
• Inform and direct security responders effectively.
• Understand IT hardware/software used for security monitoring.
• Take responsibility for assigned tasks.
• Provide other services and support as needed.
