Job summary

Constellis is hiring a Security Operations Center Level 1 Operator in Boston to monitor CCTV and alarms, manage access control, and coordinate rapid security responses. The role requires sharp observation, data gathering, and the ability to produce incident reports for supervisors and client leadership.

The candidate should have at least two years in security/dispatch, proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years of experience in security or dispatch.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; strong computer skills.
• Proficient in English; strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to sit/stand for long periods and observe monitoring screens.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV, alarms, and access control for 24/7 SOC coverage.
• Dispatch security personnel and coordinate rapid responses.
• Draft and update SOPs for security operations and incident management.
• Maintain daily activity logs and reports for leadership.
• Identify patterns of activity and alert supervisors of potential threats.
