Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in security operations across multiple domains.
• Minimum 7 years in leadership roles within SOC, Security Architecture, or equivalent consulting.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (12 years if no degree).
• Experience with threat intelligence frameworks and detection engineering methodologies.
• Experience on leading SIEM/SOAR platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SOC modernization engagements from current-state assessment to target-state design and implementation oversight.
• Develop SOC maturity roadmaps, operating models, and playbook frameworks tailored to client environments.
• Oversee threat detection engineering, triage workflow redesign, and metrics/KPI framework development.
• Build and maintain relationships with technology partners to support go-to-market efforts.
• Deliver and evolve SOC offerings with automation and AI enhancements.
