Job summary

Rubrik is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Security Operations Center, including our FedRAMP-authorized environment. You’ll shape incident response, detection, and monitoring while driving AI-enabled improvements across the SOC.

You’ll own the strategy for AI-enabled SOC capabilities, oversee 24/7 coverage, and collaborate with Threat Operations and Security Engineering to scale, mature, and audit the SOC for compliance with FedRAMP and other standards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in security operations, incident response, or related field with management experience.
• Experience as Incident Manager leading investigations and coordinating teams.
• Experience building/maturing a 24/7 SOC operating model with playbooks and escalation.

Responsibilities

• Direct 24/7 monitoring ensuring coverage across shifts and regions.
• Serve as Incident Manager for major security incidents and coordinate across teams.
• Drive continuous improvement of SOC processes, playbooks, and escalation procedures.
• Lead AI-enabled SOC initiatives: triage, investigation support, and automation.
