Job summary

Rubrik is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Security Operations Center (SOC), including FedRAMP environments. You will own incident response, detection, monitoring, and a strategic AI integration to reduce alert fatigue and improve investigator focus.

This role requires strong leadership across commercial and FedRAMP scopes and fixes for complex security events. You will drive the AI SOC transformation, set the strategy for AI-enabled triage and automation, and report to executives on posture

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years in security operations with leadership experience.
• Experience as Incident Manager coordinating across teams.
• Experience maturing a SOC operating model with 24/7 coverage.
• Hands-on expertise in SIEM/SOAR and ATT&CK knowledge.
• Proven ability to define and report SOC metrics to executives.
• Experience supporting FedRAMP, SOC 2, ISO 27001 or similar audits.
• Excellent communication skills to brief leadership.
• U.S. citizen required for FedRAMP responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct 24/7 monitoring coverage across shifts and regions.
• Act as Incident Manager for major security incidents.
• Drive SOC process improvements: runbooks, playbooks, escalation.
• Own AI-enabled SOC roadmap and tooling deployments.
• Collaborate with Threat Ops and Security Eng to evaluate AI tools.
• Ensure FedRAMP/compliance readiness within SOC scope.
