Job summary

Rubrik is seeking a Senior Manager to lead our Security Operations Center, including our FedRAMP-authorized environment. You will drive 24/7 monitoring, incident response, and AI-enabled SOC tooling to scale coverage and reduce alert fatigue.

You’ll own SOC leadership for FedRAMP and commercial environments, build processes, coach analysts, and partner with Threat Operations and Security Engineering to mature detection and response while aligning with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in security operations and incident response.
• Experience leading a SOC in a management or senior role.
• Proven ability to define and report SOC metrics (MTTD/MTTR).
• Strong knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK and attacker techniques.
• U.S. citizen due to FedRAMP requirements.

Responsibilities

• Direct 24/7 monitoring and ensure coverage across shifts.
• Serve as Incident Manager for major security incidents.
• Drive playbooks, runbooks, and escalation procedures.
• Lead AI-enabled tooling deployment to reduce L1 toil.
• Collaborate with Threat Operations and Security Engineering.
