Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Data Engineering or Data Platform Engineering, with senior/lead experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred or relevant domain exposure.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Data Engineers and drive engineering standards.
• Independently design, build, tune, and own scalable Snowflake ELT pipelines and data models.
• Optimize performance, compute sizing, and cost management.
• Partner with analytics, product, governance, QA, and business teams to deliver high‑quality data solutions.
• Contribute to platform strategy and adoption of modern practices (DataOps, CI/CD, AI tools).
