Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant experience in Data Engineering or Data Platform Engineering, with senior or lead experience.
• College degree in Computer Sciences, Mathematics, Business Administration, or related fields.
• A college degree may be substituted by sufficient years of experience in the health care industry.
• Experience in healthcare or complex enterprise data environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Data Engineers; drive engineering standards and best practices.
• Independently design, build, tune, and own scalable Snowflake ELT pipelines and data models.
• Partner with analytics, product, governance, QA, and business teams to deliver data solutions.
• Contribute to platform strategy, risk assessments, and adoption of modern practices.
• Ensure data quality, testing, and knowledge sharing.
