Job summary

SMTC Corporation, a leading electronics manufacturing services provider, seeks a Sr. Program Manager in Melbourne, FL to drive the strategic execution of complex customer programs and manage key accounts across the full product lifecycle.

You will lead cross-functional teams, engage with executive stakeholders, and ensure program success through operational excellence, risk mitigation, and strong financial oversight in a high-reliability EMS environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of eight years of program management experience in manufacturing.
• EMS experience strongly preferred.
• MBA or related advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic customer programs and manage executive customer communications.
• Drive cross-functional alignment among Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, and Sales.
• Evaluate program financial performance, profitability, and risk; manage budgets.
• Mentor Program Managers and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
