Job summary

SMTC Corporation seeks a Sr Program Manager in Melbourne, FL to lead strategic, high-impact customer programs across the full product lifecycle. You will manage cross-functional teams, drive operational performance, and maintain executive relationships to achieve growth and profitability in a high-reliability EMS environment.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, Sales and leadership to ensure successful NPI launches, manufacturing readiness, and

Qualifications

• Minimum of eight (8) years of progressive program management, project management, operations, engineering, supply chain, or customer account management in a manufacturing environment.
• EMS experience strongly preferred.
• Experience leading executive customer meetings, QBRs, and contract performance discussions.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, supply chain, quality systems, engineering change processes, and financial performance metrics.
• Experience using ERP/MRP systems to support customer programs and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex customer programs and serve as the primary business relationship manager with key accounts.
• Manage cross-functional teams to meet customer requirements, financial targets, and contractual commitments.
• Lead executive-level communications, QBRs, and strategic business discussions.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, and Sales to deliver integrated solutions.
• Mentor Program Managers and drive continuous improvement across programs.
