Job summary

East Penn Manufacturing Company, Inc. is seeking a Foreperson to manage the 3rd shift (11:30p-8:05a) and drive safe, efficient production. You will coordinate with scheduling, oversee material flow, and lead a team in daily management and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities include supervising quality checks, maintaining housekeeping, and engaging employees to achieve production goals. Strong leadership and safety focus are required.

Qualifications

• Experience managing and measuring work of manufacturing teams.
• Proven ability to direct others and build trust.
• Strong interpersonal communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with Lean/quality tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe, efficient operation of the assigned department to meet production goals.
• Ensure materials availability and monitor inventory levels.
• Coordinate with scheduling to prioritize work centers and materials.
• Lead Daily Management Board reviews and continuous improvement culture.
• Coach staff, enforce housekeeping and 5S, and verify quality.
