Job summary

Victaulic in Easton, PA seeks a Production Supervisor to lead 2nd/3rd shift lines and a 15–30 person team, ensuring safe, high-quality output on schedule. You’ll work with quality, maintenance and engineering to resolve issues in real time and drive continuous improvement across the shift.

You will enforce safety policies, manage staffing and attendance, and partner with leadership to sustain momentum and cost efficiency in a high-demand manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Five years’ experience in Foundry/Manufacturing operations.
• Willing to work extended hours, weekends, or other shifts if required.
• Professional appearance and reliable attendance.
• Able to conduct and participate in meetings.
• Demonstrated leadership in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day performance of multiple production lines on 2nd/3rd shift with 15–30 associates.
• Coordinate with quality, maintenance and engineering to resolve issues in real time.
• Drive continuous improvement across the shift and maintain safe, clean operations.
• Schedule personnel, manage vacation/PTO and overtime fairly.
• Ensure area readiness for safe, compliant production and timely output.
