Job summary

Drive is seeking a 3rd Shift Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations, lead a production team, and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency on the shift. The role coordinates workflow, trains staff, and drives continuous improvement projects to cut waste and downtime.

You will monitor schedules, report metrics, and maintain documentation while collaborating with maintenance, quality, and warehouse teams. A strong focus on safety and process improvement is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of production or manufacturing leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, safety practices, and quality standards.
• High school diploma or GED required; associates or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience with ERP or production tracking systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead production employees during 3rd shift, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards.
• Monitor daily production schedules and adjust staffing or workflow to meet output targets.
• Train, coach, and develop team members while addressing performance issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality procedures.
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and warehouse teams to resolve production issues and minimize downtime.
• Track and report production metrics including efficiency, scrap, and downtime.
• Conduct shift meetings to communicate production goals, updates, and safety reminders.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve processes.
• Maintain accurate documentation including production reports, attendance, and incident reports.
