Job summary

Victaulic is seeking a Production Supervisor to manage multiple production lines on 2nd or 3rd shift in Easton, PA. You will lead 15–30 associates, enforce safety rules, and collaborate with quality, maintenance, and engineering to keep lines running and meet output targets.

You will drive continuous improvement initiatives, ensure compliance with 5-S and process controls, and report daily production results.

Qualifications

• Five years’ experience in Foundry/Manufacturing operations.
• Willing to work extended hours, weekends, or other shifts if required.
• Must maintain a professional appearance and attendance.
• Must be able to conduct and participate in meetings.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day performance of multiple production lines on 2nd or 3rd shift.
• Lead a team of 15–30 associates, ensuring safe, high-quality output on schedule.
• Collaborate with quality, maintenance, and engineering to resolve issues in real time.
• Drive continuous improvement across the shift and maintain a safe, clean work environment.
