Job summary

Reworld’s Metals Plant in Fairless Hills, PA seeks a 2nd Shift Supervisor to oversee operations, lead frontline personnel, and ensure production, safety, and environmental standards are met. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or related field preferred, or equivalent industrial experience.
• Minimum 1+ year of leadership experience in metals or industrial operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate plant operations during assigned shift to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable performance.
• Lead, coach, and develop operations personnel; monitor performance and reinforce safety and operating standards.
• Maintain accurate operating logs and production records; communicate key updates to Operations leadership.
• Coordinate with maintenance, security, and other teams to support continuous plant operations.
• Initiate and support work requests for equipment repair and preventive maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements, with strong emphasis on safety and environmental standards.
• Respond to abnormal operating conditions and initiate emergency procedures as needed to protect personnel, facility, and community.
• Maintain clear and timely communication across shifts, leadership, and team members.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
