Global Payments Inc. is seeking a Senior Small Business Sales - Middle Market to join our Merchant Services team. You will lead strategic sales engagements with owners and C-suite executives, drive new business, and expand relationships across a defined Texas-area territory.

You will leverage deep payments knowledge, data-driven selling, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver value-driven presentations and close deals. Travel within the territory is required.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of Merchant Sales Experience.
• Deep knowledge of the payments industry, Interchange, and gateway connectivity.
• Background in SAAS, Banking, Payables and Receivables is a plus.
• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM is a bonus.
• 10 years of sales experience with solution selling into Commercial/Mid-Market/Enterprise space.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets with a data-driven mindset.
• Strong partner relationship building, prospecting, and territory development skills.
• Ability to manage client relationships with internal teams to ensure customer success.

• Drives new business growth and profitability in existing accounts by identifying high-impact opportunities.
• Serve as strategic sales lead, consulting with owners and C-suite executives.
• Develops and energizes a referral network with Commercial Bank partners and proactively generates sales momentum.
• Manages pipeline through referrals and COI leads; partners with other sales teams to expand relationships.
• Delivers persuasive, value-driven presentations demonstrating how solutions meet client needs.
• Travels within a designated territory to prospect, build relationships, and sign new local businesses.
