Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 6+ years of Merchant Sales Experience.
• Deep knowledge of payments, Interchange, and gateway connectivity.
• Background in SAAS, Banking, Payables and Receivables a plus.
• Proficient with Salesforce as CRM.
• 10 years of sales experience in Commercial, Mid-Market and/or Enterprise space.
• Proven success exceeding sales targets with a data-driven mindset.
• Excellent partner relationships, prospecting, and territory development.
• Ability to manage client relationships with internal teams for customer success.

Responsibilities

• Drives new business growth and profitability in existing accounts by spotting high-impact opportunities.
• Serve as the strategic sales lead, consulting with owners and C-suite executives.
• Builds and energizes a strong referral network with Commercial Bank partners.
• Manages pipeline through referrals and COI leads.
• Partners with bank and partner sales teams to expand relationships.
• Delivers persuasive, value-driven presentations showing how solutions meet needs.
• Travels within territory to prospect, build relationships and sign new local businesses.
