Job summary

Uber is seeking a Senior Strategy & Operations Manager on the US&C Retail SMB Scaled Growth team to own SMB Scaled Success—how onboarded merchants get visibility, quality, and growth at scale without enterprise-style account management.

You will design and run scaled programs across categories, pairing data analysis with program design and XFN execution across Product, Feed/Discovery, Catalog, Sales/DCO, Marketing, Ops, and Finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 5–7 years in strategy, operations, growth, consulting, or merchant operations.
• Strong problem-solving with data; SQL required; Excel/Sheets and visualization fluency.
• Track record delivering cross-functional programs in ambiguity; clear written/verbal influence with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Scaled Success programs: Design and run visibility/growth toolkits and self-help resources.
• Quality & reliability: Own SMB levers for eCR, found rate, FFR, defects to scale.
• GB & retention post-FOC: Diagnose performance after first order; run experiments to lift gross bookings and 28-day retention.
• XFN advocacy: Partner with Product, Feed, Catalog, Sales/DCO, Marketing on SMB tradeoffs and roadmaps.
• Scaled operating system: Build dashboards, scorecards, and partner workflows so DSC, ops, and self-serve channels deliver outcomes without 1:1 AM.
