Qualifications

• 5+ years in Sales Operations, Strategy & Operations, Business Operations, Program Management, or related field.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and experience with large datasets.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Revenue Operations, or a sales-driven environment.
• Experience owning a business or program against measurable targets and GTM strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with SQL experience to investigate business questions.
• Program management across initiatives with cross-functional stakeholders; executive communication.
• Experience with Salesforce and sales productivity tools; data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own scaled sales programs and drive targets including acquisition, revenue, productivity.
• Analyze pipeline, seller productivity, contact rates, conversion, and other output drivers.
• Translate goals into clear strategies, priorities, and execution plans; identify actions to improve output.
• Lead cross-functional ownership with timelines, ownership, and success measures.
