Uber Technologies Inc. seeks a Sr Manager of Customer Success Operations to lead a team focused on merchant health, customer experience, and financial health, while enabling revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling with enterprise partners.

You will analyze merchant performance, identify operational pain points, and develop tailored solutions. You will co-own relationships with restaurant brands and collaborate with Product, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Legal to ensure ongoing

Qualifications

Minimum 8+ years in strategic sales or account management with Enterprise clients (tech/SaaS/advertising/retail media).
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with internal/external stakeholders.
Proven track record of revenue growth and targets.
Basic proficiency in SQL, with ability to adjust queries as needed.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of Customer Success Managers, monitoring merchant operational health, driving product adoption, and ensuring retention and expansion.
Co-own relationships with key restaurant brands and drive growth goals.
Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and communicate value of new products.
Analyze performance metrics and present data-driven recommendations to optimize partner performance.
Navigate cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Operations, Legal, Finance) to implement solutions.
