Job summary

Amazon Leo in Bellevue, WA seeks a growth-focused leader to drive SMB subscriber acquisition and P&L management for North America. You will own growth initiatives, pricing, and promotions while coordinating with Product, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Legal.

The role requires entrepreneurial, analytical thinking and demonstrated success launching new telecom/tech offerings at scale. You’ll navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment to optimize the customer experience and

Qualifications

Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations.
Experience interpreting data across leadership and cross-functional teams.
5+ years launching and scaling new technology or telecommunications products, services, or businesses.
Experience developing strategies and influencing leadership decisions at the organizational level.

Responsibilities

Develop and optimize subscriber growth strategies across all sales channels to hit growth targets.
Analyze data to define pricing strategies that maximize adoption and profitability.
Develop and execute promotion strategies across channels, including price reductions and Prime Day events.
Partner with marketing, sales, and operations to maximize placements and refine the sales funnel.
Track subscriber acquisition trends and report performance with corrective actions.
Deliver analytical business models and strategy documents for stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share best practices and drive global results.
