Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
• Experience with data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.
• Experience in online marketing channels such as social media marketing, display advertising, and search engine marketing.
• Knowledge of HTML, SQL, Excel.
• Experience with Tableau, SQL, or basic data-mining.
• Experience building campaigns in Amazon Ads and Google / YouTube.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end Leo acquisition marketing campaigns in digital performance channels, with a focus on programmatic display.
• Optimize against key channel engagement and business KPIs including share of voice, click through rates, conversion, and cost per acquisition.
• Test and learn messaging, creative, and segmentation strategies to improve channel results.
• Establish mechanisms that set a high bar for campaign delivery across creative execution, campaign building, and QA.
