Job summary

Amazon Leo in Bellevue, WA seeks an experienced Finance Manager to drive financial strategy and cost optimization across our B2B operations for the Leo constellation. You will own revenue-oriented models, partner with sales to evaluate deals, and build frameworks from the ground up as we scale toward a commercial launch.

The role demands strong KPI analytics, cross-functional leadership, and a proven ability to translate data into actionable business decisions.

Qualifications

5+ years applying KPIs to analyses.
5+ years building financial reports and data sets.
5+ years driving continuous improvement in controllership.
5+ years dissecting financial data to inform strategy.
5+ years leading cross-functional initiatives.
5+ years in finance, accounting, or related analytics.
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, tax, economics or related field.
Must meet export control requirements (US citizen/national, GC, or refugee/asylee).

Responsibilities

Build and own financial models for customer deals with forecasting accuracy.
Partner with senior sales leaders to translate metrics into financial impact and recommendations.
Drive deal optimization initiatives through analysis.
Lead financial analysis for strategic decisions.
Develop financial frameworks for new opportunities—building processes that don't exist yet.
Own annual and long-range planning deliverables for your area.
Contribute to Leo-wide strategic planning with multi-year investment modeling and executive presentations.
