First National Bank Of Pennsylvania seeks a Business Development Officer 2 to grow small business loan and deposit relationships in the Owings Mills area. You will service existing clients, prospect new customers, and network with partners to drive growth aligned with the Bank’s objectives.

The role emphasizes prospecting, relationship management, and proactive community engagement to raise visibility and meet financial targets.

Qualifications

• BA or BS required.
• 7+ years of experience preferred.
• Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in banking external sales.
• Knowledge of lending policies and community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develops and services small business loan and deposit relationships by prospecting and profiling needs.
• Contacts customers to determine loan, deposit, insurance and investment needs.
• Sells small business products meeting identified needs per pricing/fees.
• Cross-sells with Branch Manager and related teams to service customers.
• Maintains a prospect calling program using referrals and other methods.
• Makes cold calls to promote Bank products and services.
• Resolves customer problems to strengthen relationships and growth.
• Follows up to ensure satisfactory resolutions and outcomes.
