Responsibilities

• Achieves branch targets by identifying customer needs for Regions' solutions focused on small business clients.
• Conducts outbound calls to expand relationships and acquire new customers.
• Manages a portfolio of small business clients with revenues up to $5MM.
• Educates customers on consumer and business products, including loans and deposits.
• Promotes digital banking and ensures a positive customer experience.
