Job summary

Regions Bank in Pelham, AL is seeking a Senior Small Business Relationship Banker to meet with customers in person and by phone, assess financial needs, and offer suitable products to help them reach their goals. The role focuses on small business clients up to $5MM in revenue, including checking, cards, lending, and merchant services.

The successful candidate will be customer-focused, sales-driven, and able to work with a team to grow relationships.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Two years of banking, sales, or customer service experience.
• Ability to handle cash and cash transactions.
• Proficient communication in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels.
• Willingness to work Saturdays and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Achieves individual and branch targets by identifying customer needs and providing Regions solutions.
• Conducts outbound calls to expand relationships and acquire new customers.
• Serves as primary relationship manager for small business customers up to $5MM in revenue.
• Educates customers on Regions’ consumer and business products, including loans and deposits.
• Supports team development as a subject matter expert for junior bankers.
