Job summary

Regions Bank is seeking a Senior Small Business Relationship Banker to meet with customers and prospects, assess financial needs, and offer Regions products and guidance to help achieve goals. The role emphasizes small business services, checking, lending, and merchant solutions.

You will work with a team to grow relationships from a portfolio of small business clients, using digital tools and personal service to exceed branch targets while maintaining regulatory and operational standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years banking, sales, and/or customer service experience.
• Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions.
• Ability to communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels.
• Ability to use a computer on a frequent basis, including typing and sustained attention to a monitor.
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to lift up to twenty pounds.

Responsibilities

• Achieves individual and branch targets and goals by proactively identifying customer needs and providing guidance on Regions’ solutions with a focus on small business customers.
• Conducts outbound calls to expand relationships and acquire new ones.
• Serves as primary relationship manager for a portfolio of small business customers.
• Educates customers on Regions’ Consumer and Business products and services, including loans and deposits.
• Educates customers on digital banking offerings and solutions.
• Provides a consistent optimal customer experience in the branch.
• Owns and resolves customer issues.
• Refers customers to internal specialists when additional financial goals are identified.
• Supports team development as a subject matter expert for junior bankers.
