Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of personal computers and software used by the department.
• Ability to read and analyze financial statements and tax returns.
• Strong credit skills to evaluate loan requests.
• Understanding of Cash Management, Merchant Services, Trade Services products and cross-sell opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop new banking relationships with business prospects.
• Service existing business banking client base.
• Achieve goals set by manager.
• Collaborate with branch partners to maximize business sales and cross-sell.
• Network with accountants, attorneys and other referral sources.
• Manage complex loan relationships and assess risk.
