Qualifications

• Ability to read and analyze financial statements and tax returns.
• Sound credit skills to evaluate loan requests.
• Familiarity with Cash Management, Merchant Service, Trade Services products for Business Banking customers.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop new banking relationships with business prospects.
• Service existing business banking client base.
• Achieve sales goals as directed by manager.
• Collaborate with branch partners to maximize sales and cross-sell products.
• Network with accountants, attorneys, and referral sources.
• Evaluate loan requests and recommend appropriate structures to manage risk.
• Negotiate with underwriters and clients to maximize revenue and minimize risk.
• Engage in targeted sales sprints and product sales goals.
