Job summary

Regions Bank seeks a Senior Small Business Relationship Banker in Monroe, LA to meet with customers and prospects, assess financial needs, and offer appropriate Regions products and guidance to help customers reach their financial goals. The role emphasizes acquiring new small business clients and deepening existing relationships through checkings, cards, lending, and merchant services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Two years of banking, sales, and/or customer service experience
• Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions
• Ability to communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels
• Ability to use a computer on a frequent basis, including typing and sustained attention to a monitor
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to twenty pounds
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Achieves individual and branch targets by identifying customer needs and offering Regions solutions for small business clients
• Conducts outbound calls to expand relationships and acquire new customers
• Serves as primary relationship manager for a portfolio of small business customers up to $5MM in revenue
• Educates customers on Regions Consumer and Business products and services
• Promotes digital banking tools and technology to customers
• Owns and resolves customer issues and refers complex needs to specialists
• Supports team development by sharing expertise with junior bankers
• Adheres to bank processes, procedures, and regulatory requirements
