Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two years of banking, sales or customer service experience.
• Ability to handle cash and operate a computer daily.

Responsibilities

• Achieves branch targets by identifying customer needs and offering Regions solutions.
• Conducts outbound calls to expand relationships and acquire new customers.
• Manages a portfolio of small business clients with revenues up to $5MM.
• Educates customers on Regions consumer and business products and services.
• Advises on digital banking tools and ensures a smooth customer experience.
• Owns and resolves customer issues and reports operational risks.
