Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Achieves branch targets by identifying customer needs and offering Regions solutions focused on small business customers.
• Conducts outbound calls to expand relationships and acquire new clients.
• Serves as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of small business customers up to $5MM in revenue.
• Educates customers on Regions consumer and business products including loans and deposits.
• Advocates digital banking tools to enhance customer experience.
• Owns and resolves customer issues and collaborates with specialists as needed.
