Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Two years of banking, sales, and/or customer service experience.
• Ability to handle cash and process transactions.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieves individual and branch targets by proactively identifying customer needs and offering Regions solutions for small business customers.
• Conducts outbound calls to expand relationships and acquire new customers.
• Serves as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of small business customers with revenues up to $5MM.
• Educates customers on Regions Consumer and Business products, including loans and deposits.
• Advises customers on digital banking tools to improve convenience and accessibility.
• Delivers excellent service and resolves customer issues.
• Supports branch team development and acts as a subject-matter expert for junior bankers.
• Follows bank procedures and manages operational risk.
